For this reason, the Economic Development Agency acts as a coordination office to support local companies in the areas of technology and innovation promotion. The Economic Promotion Canton of Schaffhausen works closely with specialized technology platforms such as the ITS Industrie- und Technozentrum Schaffhausen and the INOS innovation network. The aim is to strengthen regional SMEs and raise the profile of Schaffhausen as a technology location.
