All Swiss citizens from EU/EFTA countries and persons from abroad with a permanent residence permit (C permit) who are resident in the canton of Schaffhausen under scholarship law are eligible. Persons from abroad with a residence permit (B permit) must have been resident in Switzerland for at least five years without interruption and have established residence under scholarship law.
