More women in leadership positions

The majority of leading positions in many companies and organizations are still held by men. The reasons for this are both individual and structural, but the consequence is clear: women in leadership positions, as entrepreneurs, or executive directors are still something special.

It shouldn‘t remain that way. As part of the Female Leaders Schaffhausen initiative, we organize a mentoring program. Women from different companies, industries and career stages can support each other when entering professional life, when taking the next career step or when taking the step into self-employment. We aim to empower women in leadership positions to shape the development of companies and the Schaffhausen region even more in the future.
